- Accept your listing
- Submit your listing to the Multiple Listing Service for exposure to other cooperating brokers and agents (plus all of the buyers they are working with right now!)
- Submit copies of your listing to all local cooperating broker offices.
- Tour your home with agents from our office.
- Develop a list of features and amenities of your home for distribution to potential buyers and selling agents.
- Add exposure by placing a "For Sale" sign and lock-box on the property.
- Send "Just Listed" cards to the neighbors.
- Advertise locally when necessary - -
- Hold an "Open House" when possible.
- Provide you with copies of all ads.
- Follow up with cooperative brokers and agents after they show your home to get you feedback on how to better show and market the property.
- Consult regularly with the owner and update you with all facets of the sale and the marketplace.
- Suggest and advise you of any changes you might want to make to the property to make it more marketable.
To Bring Your Sale To Closing:
- Prequalify buyers whenever possible.
- Represent and advise you during all contract negotiations in order to get you the most "walk-away" dollars.
- Arrange the best possible financing for sellers by monitoring changes in loan rates and terms of continuously varying new loan programs.
- Coordinate and process all after-contract paperwork leading to settlement.
- Attend settlement and represent your interests.
